Bought a new 2012 GMC Acadia Denali. Our reps were Bob Ford and Greg Brown. Both did an excellent job getting us into the car we wanted. We have purchased 6 vehicles, that I can thing of, from Harry Brown's and will continue to return for the one after this. Great staff and personal service. Never rushed or pushed into a sale. The entire experience was great.

We are very happy with our experience at Harry Brown's Family Automotive. Everyone was very friendly, we never felt pressured or rushed. We got a great price on our new minivan, and received a very fair amount for our trade-in. We will definitely be back the next time we need a new vehicle!

My wife and I were looking for a reasonably priced vehicle. Lo and behold, the 2008 Chevy HHR LT was the one that fit the bill. We negotiated the price and closed the sale immediately without any hassle. The key words: trade-in and extra cash. Bought a 2011 Chevy HHR kind of spur of the moment because I had rented one the week before, liked it and saw one on the lot. I've bought 2 vehicles from them previously and my daughter also bought a car from them. The salesman, Bob Ford, the financing mgr, Heidi, and everyone I encountered couldn't have been nicer and were very easy to work with. I should add that I don't even live in Faribault anymore and the next day just happened to park next to a woman with a Harry Brown sticker on the back of her car in the Burnsville Target parking lot. She also said she's continued to buy her cars there even though she doesn't live there anymore either.
