Bought a 2011 Chevy HHR kind of spur of the moment because I had rented one the week before, liked it and saw one on the lot. I've bought 2 vehicles from them previously and my daughter also bought a car from them. The salesman, Bob Ford, the financing mgr, Heidi, and everyone I encountered couldn't have been nicer and were very easy to work with. I should add that I don't even live in Faribault anymore and the next day just happened to park next to a woman with a Harry Brown sticker on the back of her car in the Burnsville Target parking lot. She also said she's continued to buy her cars there even though she doesn't live there anymore either.
