I am very impressed with Harry Brown's and their excellent customer service. I went to Harry Brown's based on a referal of a friend at work. I have been looking at the Chevy Volt for some time and the recent leasing option is all it took to get me in the door. Their customer service sealed the deal. They where very reasonable on my Ford Escape Hybrid trade in. They where very honest on what they where looking at when pricing my trade in. Mike Arndt worked with me through out the sale, there was a comfortable sales atmosphere and he made sure I was able to get the Volt I wanted. Even after the sale I have continued to have a good experience with Mike and then Luke when looking for accessories. I would highly recommend Harry Brown's to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
