There always polite but l think they are changing too much. Last time I picked up my car i had 11 codes on my engine harry brown wanted 1000.00 to fix n reset the codes a friend of mine has a code reader found out a fresh air sensor was disconnected they snap together can't come loose by them self i snapped it back in place all 11 codes were cleared you can not trust anyone

I stopped in to look at a couple trucks I saw online one day. Randy, a salesperson was walking by when we were looking at a particular one and asked if we had been helped. Said no,but was interested in a couple trucks. He went and got keys, let us test drive them with no pressure to buy any. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Went back the next day and he let us test drive a couple more, no pressure again. He asked what we thought, told him we were more interested in one truck. He ended up selling me a truck. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though it was close to closing time. I would not hesitate to go back in the future. Everything went easy and fast.

Was told at purchasing that 2 free oil changes up to 12,000 miles were included. Received one but was charged for the 2nd one at 7800 miles. Reason given was that 2019 vehicles only qualified for 1. REALLY! Purchased veh. in 2018 and it is the responsibility of company to honor their commitment.
