Great car wash with good prices!

I located the car I wanted on the Internet! I spoke with salesman, Bob Ford, on the phone. After comparing info from other dealers, I called & asked Kevin to put a hold on the car as I'd drive 300 miles from WI to Faribault MN. My dog, Rusty, & I were welcomed into a clean & comfortable dealership. My car was parked out front. Bob was friendly, patient & knowledgeable. Adam (sales trainee) helped pet-sit Rusty! Dave expedited the financial details. Jon(sales mgr)came outside to introduce himself & thank me for my business. I enjoyed my visit. It was worth the long drive to get the car I wanted! Truly a wonderful experience from the start to the finish! I located my car on the Internet, drove 4.5hrs from WI & easily completed the deal with the assistance of Bob, Adam & Dave. Jon (sales mgr) came out to thank me for my business. I did not feel stressed or pressured at any time. I was satisfied with the value on my trade-in. My dog was welcomed, too! The building was clean. All staff were helpful & personable. I made the right choice to buy at Harry Brown's Automotive ❤
