With the information that I gave them they should have had the part on hand, but they waited until they had the vehicle there before ordering the part. They did however give me a nice loaner vehicle to use while waiting for the part.

I can say enough good things about all the people I dealt with during my purchase! Johannes is a fantastic sales associate and I really appreciate his personality and the way he took care of me throughout the entire buying process. Johannes is quick, sharp, real honest and I would definitely recommend going out of your way to work with him. Ryan in the financing department, he went above and beyond with several things I hadn't even considered and really took the time to get me a great deal and see to it that everything was properly taken care of. I would highly recommend these great individuals and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. This is the place I will be telling my family and friends to go to when they need a car!When I'm in the market again I'll be back!Thank you all so much!
