In the past my experience had not been pleasant at Harry Brown's. On a whim I decided to stop in Harry's and check out vehicles. We were approached by a salesman named Ben, who was not pushy or arrogant. There is nothing worse than a salesman treating a woman like she has no idea what she is talking about with vehicles. Ben answered all my questions, let me test drive the vehicles I wanted and did not push any one vehicle on me. Our conversation with the staff while discussing trading my truck off and leasing a new vehicle was pleasant and they did not waste my time. I was impressed with the staffs professionalism and had a brief conversation with Harry himself. I'm giving the a 5 star rating because none of them came across arrogant or full of themselves or again wasted my time. People would rather deal with someone who is down to earth and does not blow a bunch of smoke when trying to make a sale.
